Agile Defense is a ServiceNow Partner with experience implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to our Department of Defense partners in an on-premise or cloud model. We were one of the first companies to implement ServiceNow for the Department of Defense in their FedRAMP cloud. We bring the capabilities and a breadth of proven expertise across platform modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps. We bring expertise helping organizations move into a true ITSM with expertise in implementing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) which includes Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Lifecycle, and Service Catalog. We leverage our library of reusable components to implement ServiceNow solutions.

Agile Defense provides implementation and maintenance expertise for the BMC Remedy/Helix platform in both on-premise and cloud model which consists of service desk (incident and problem management), change management, release management, asset management, service level management, service request management, knowledge management, discovery and dependency mapping, analytics, dashboards, configuration management database, and other enabling technologies. We provide these services to a range of customer in an ITSM as a Service model across the DoD.
