Group Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans

Three separate group health insurance plans are offered through the Cigna network: a Preferred Provider Organization medical plan (PPO), an Exclusive Provider Organization medical plan (PPO) and a High Deductible Health medical plan (HSA) with an optional Health Savings Account. Group dental and vision insurance is offered through Guardian.

401(k) Matching (immediately vested)

For the year 2017, the Plan allows you to reduce your taxable base compensation by up to $18,000 through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. The company will match your contribution dollar for dollar up to 6% of your compensation. All contributions, including employer matching, are immediately 100% vested.

Paid Leave

Employees accrue personal leave per year which can be used for vacation, personal holidays and for family or personal illness. The amount of Paid Leave that is earned is based on seniority date. Unused Paid Time Off (PTO) may be carried forward to the next year.


Agile Defense observes the following ten (10) Federal Holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. All ten (10) holidays are considered floating holidays.

Parental Leave

At Agile Defense, Inc., we consider employees AND their family part of our Agile Defense family, therefore we are proud of our robust Parental Leave program which provides paid leave to eligible parents and grandparents for the birth of a child/grandchild or adoption of a child/grandchild.

Mothers will receive the first week after the birth of a child paid at 100% of salary continuation, and then 40% of salary for up to 8 weeks.* Fathers may take up to one (1) week of paid leave following the birth of a child. Adoptive parents may take up to one (1) week of paid leave at the time of custody of the child. Grandparents may take up to two (2) days of paid leave following the birth or adoption of a grandchild.

Short-Term, Long-Term and Life and AD&D Disability Insurance Plan

The Company pays 100% of the premiums for short-term and long-term disability insurance and group life and group accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for all regular, full-time employees. All benefits are available through Mutual of Omaha on the first day of the month following the date of hire with Agile Defense. Employees can purchase additional voluntary life and voluntary AD&D insurance coverage, including rider policies for their spouse and dependent children up to age 21 or age 25 if full-time student.

Flexible Benefits

The Company also offers participation in Flexible Benefits, which include the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and Commuter Benefit Account. There is a ceiling for annual employee contributions to the Healthcare FSA of $2,600 and for the Dependent Care FSA the annual employee contribution may not exceed $5,000 per household. Commuter pre-tax contributions cannot exceed $255 per month for parking expenses and $255 per month for transit expenses.

Professional Development Program

At Agile Defense, we encourage and offer our employees every practical opportunity to upgrade their job skills, improve their opportunities for promotions and enhance their personal development through training and education through our Professional Development program.

This program allows employees to take advantage of our 24/7 hour online self-study training,  obtain reimbursement for up to $5,250 for college and/or professional certification assistance to include the cost of books and study materials, Professional and Technical Conferences and Seminars assistance and professional membership dues. Employees are eligible to participate in our Professional Development Program after their 90-day introductory period.

Summer Gas Program

Summer is a time when we all drive more. Agile Defense provides you relief at the pump during the summer months. In the months of July and August, we pay for one fill-up per month (up to $75).

Employee Referral Bonus Program

Agile Defense awards bonuses to employees who refer individuals who are hired by the Company. A referral bonus of $2,500.00 is paid to the employee after the referred individual has completed 90 days of employment with Agile Defense. Both employees must be employed at the time of payment. Additionally, Agile Defense encourages the referring employee and the referred employee to go out on us, a “Welcome to Agile Defense” meal (up to $100).

Working Advantage – Corporate Discount

Agile Defense offers a free discount program to all employees. As a member of Working Advantage you can save up to 60% on tickets, travel and shopping. Agile Defense employees will receive exclusive discounts on SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Target.com, AMC Theatres, Regal Cinemas, Overstock.com, Universal Studios, Omaha Steaks, FTD as well as hotels, sporting events, family events, Broadway theatre and more.

Employee Intranet

Our employee Intranet was created to facilitate company-wide communication and knowledge sharing. Our Intranet contains information and tools for Agile Defense employees including the latest company news, access to a library of forms, policies, benefits summaries, career development training courses and additional value added benefits among others. With the convenient iPay statements found within the Intranet, you are able to view personal earning information and W-2 forms, 24 hour a day 7 days a week. With iPay Statement you can also choose to go green, and only receive online statements. This feature will allow you to be informed of your own pay information at any and all times as opposed to contacting Accounting within business hours. In addition, you will be able to make changes to your W-4 by simply typing in changes, printing, signing and submitting to Human Resources and Accounting.
