“Agile Defense is defined by a plethora of things–all point to several pillars upon which this company has been built. I have been incredibly fortunate to learn the secrets to Agile Defense's success, and I share them here:
Rapid response IT solutions – While Agile Defense operates as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Agile Defense has the expert capabilities and infrastructure of a large company with the agility and speed of a small business. With these two assets, we deliver impressive results fast. Getting the right solution efficiently is a delicate balance that Agile Defense has been able to achieve. Our customers and partners attest to our solutions by way of offering us support in order to create success for all parties; presenting us with excellent past performance; and awarding us recompetes.
Focus on the Customer – We never lose sight of the essential relationship nature of the professional services we provide. Agile Defense has a singular focus, and that is the 'customer.' Our devotion to client service is apparent from the way we hire, train, and retain employees; the way we are internally organized; and the way we go about our daily careers. Agile Defense's over 100 employees nationwide are the rare group of professionals that not only bring expert technical skill to the workplace but also a sincere desire to be helpful and to add value to the customer site. Discuss with our employees your issues, needs, and fears, and we will work together as "one team" to achieve the solution.
Community outreach – While we are proud of all of our employees, we especially embrace those of us that give back to the community. Agile Defense, as a whole, has teamed up with local community programs and organizations to give back to those around us. We also recognize those that go above and beyond the call to make it their personal mission to help. In particular, we are especially proud of our own Terry Watkins, who with the financial assistance of Agile Defense, has established a scholarship fund for several high school students whom will undoubtedly join the ranks of the Charleston community's and the country's future leaders.
I take an immense sense of pride in our company's values, and we here at Agile Defense will continue to look to enhance our ability to deliver on these values. Whether as a customer, partner, or employee, I hope you join the Agile Defense family so that we can share in this vision together."

“Having served my country in the US Army and worked in government as a public servant, I have a deep appreciation for the warfighter and the civil servants who support the warfighting effort. These two experiences compel me to be totally responsive to our customers. We do whatever it takes to get the job done — and done well. We work hard to exceed our clients’ expectations. We live by our motto, “Customer First. Customer Always!”
By being technology-neutral we make both cost and performance recommendations without bias. For one of our customers in the national security space, we made recommendations for improving their IT environment by implementing server consolidation and virtualization, which resulted in significant cost savings. Our customer was very impressed that we delivered on time and under cost. We did this without any disruption or degradation of service- our customer was happy and we were happy to serve!"
